About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead project execution, coordination, and compliance, including liaisoning with government authorities to ensure timely approvals and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Job Description
- Project Planning: Plan and execute project timelines, deliverables, and activities.
- Tracking: Maintain project trackers, schedules, and dashboards.
- Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
- Risk Management: Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation actions.
- Government Liaison: Liaise with government authorities for approvals and compliance.
- Compliance: Manage permits, licenses, and regulatory documentation.
- Audits: Facilitate inspections, audits, and official interactions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project and compliance documentation.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Research: Conduct research on regulations and approval processes.
Technical Knowledge Required
- Strong understanding of project management tools (MS Project, Excel)
- Knowledge of government approval processes and compliance frameworks
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
- Understanding of project execution methodologies
Experience Required
- 10–15 years of experience in the following:
- Project management, operations, or execution roles
- Government liaisoning and regulatory approvals
- Infrastructure, industrial, or manufacturing projects (preferred)
